Booking reservation fees received by Jo Bregazzi of Creative Enhancement Ltd is verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms of service, and that you are aware of these in the event of any cancellation, last minute change of appointment and non attendance.
1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Only ONE discount offer can be redeemed against a treatment at any one time.
3. Consultations
There is a £40 consultation fee payable on the day of your consultation. This is redeemable against your first treatment. Consultation fees are non-refundable if you have already had your consultation with Jo.
If you book a consultation, but wish to cancel it, then we are happy to give a refund if you give us at least 48 hours notice. Appointments that are non-attended or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full £40 consultation fee. Extenuating circumstances will be fairly considered.
4. Test area treatments
A sample treatment to test colour, sensitivity and vitiligo reactivity- small area of pigment tattooed into the skin in the area to be treated.
This test area treatment is NOT redeemable against full treatments and is non-refundable.
5. Payment
We accept debit, credit cards or cash. Please ensure you have a valid method of payment before you arrive for your appointment.
6. Booking reservation fees
We charge a booking reservation fee of £75 for all permanent makeup and medical tattooing procedures. This is redeemable against your first procedure.
We request that this is paid at the time of booking your appointment or no later than 72 hours after the time of booking to reserve your appointment slot with Jo Bregazzi. If your appointment has not been formally reserved by payment of this booking fee within 72 hours of booking the appointment, then we will have to cancel your booking and open the appointment slot to someone else.
We can only refund booking reservation fees if at least 48 hours notice is given for cancellations. For appointments that are non-attended or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the full £75 booking reservation fee will be retained. Extenuating circumstances will be fairly considered.
7. Cancellations or Non-attendance
Appointments that are non-attended or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full £75 booking reservation fee.
Booking reservation fee refunds will only be given if at least 48 hours notice is given for cancellation.
Please note that cancelled appointments will only be recognised with written confirmation- by email or via a telephone conversation with Jo Bregazzi or the PA team which will be typed up.
**We cannot accept cancellation through text message or voicemail.
8. Changes of appointment date
Due to the length of the appointments, if you need to change the date of your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by emailing jo@jobregazzi.co.uk or calling 01743 246 548.
9. Changes of Colour Boost appointments
If the colour boost appointment is changed for a later date, which places this appointment within a new colour boost date bracket, the higher colour boost price will be charged.
i.e. If the 6-12 month colour boost appointment is altered so it enters at least 15 days into the 13-24 month price bracket, then the appropriate charge will be made as more break down of pigment is likely to have occurred and more work will be required.
10. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is required to be paid in full, on the day of the procedure by debit card, online banking or cash.
11. Procedures marked with an asterisk (*) include ‘ONE Complimentary Touch-up Session’.
We ask that you take this within 10 weeks of the original appointment so the first procedure enhancement, colour and shape can be fully assessed and touched-up.
If the ‘ONE Complimentary Touch-up Session’ is not taken within 10 weeks of the first treatment, then a longer treatment time will be required and the appropriate colour boost price will be charged.
After your ‘ONE Complimentary Touch-up Session’, any further colour changes, darkening of colour or alterations of shape will be charged at the appropriate fill-in or colour boost charge per treatment session.
12. Annual Colour Boost Procedures
We recommend a colour boost procedure, offered at a lower price within 24 months of your first treatment.
Colour boost procedures are for ONE appointment only unless otherwise stated.
For our returning clients, if you have not seen Jo for a treatment for over 24 months then it’s lovely to see you back! We will be pleased to offer you 10% off the full current treatment price for the treatment area of your choice. (Not applicable to the basic Microbladed brows)
Colour Boosts are normally only performed over work carried out by Jo Bregazzi.
If you would like a colour boost over another technicians work, then a consultation will be required to assess the work required and an appropriate individual treatment price will be given to you.
If you have previously had a procedure carried out by Jo Bregazzi and you book for an additional new procedure/s we will be pleased to offer you 10% discount off the listed price.
13. Chemotherapy and breast cancer patients
a. We offer a 25% discount off NEW BROW enhancements.
-Valid up to ONE year post cancer diagnosis.
-Unfortunately, this does not apply to the annual colour boosts.
-Only applicable to clients diagnosed and treated with cancer with chemotherapy, which caused loss of brows.
-This discount does not apply to clients who have lost their brows through alopecia.
-The client must bring a medical certificate from the GP/consultant.
-The client must request the discount at time of booking.
-The discount is not available on already discounted treatments.
-We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time.
b. We offer a 25% discount off NEW 3D imitation NIPPLE/AREOLA tattoos
-Valid up to TWO years post cancer diagnosis and surgery.
-Only for breast cancer patients following mastectomy surgery.
-Unfortunately, this does not apply to the annual colour boosts.
-The client must bring a medical certificate from the GP/consultant.
-The client must request the discount at time of booking.
-The discount is not available on already discounted treatments.
-We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time.
14. We reserve the right to decline to perform a treatment on any client, at any time.
15. Under 18?
We regret that minors are not permitted to receive permanent cosmetic procedures. Evidence of a photographic ID card may be requested at time of booking.
In very special medical circumstances where a young client is affected by a hair loss disorder or has lost eyebrow hair as a result of chemotherapy, or is emotionally affected by a facial scar and would benefit from scar camouflaging, we may be able to perform a procedure on a client between the ages of 16-18yrs, however, we would need written GP and/or medical consultant consent and written parental consent.
16. Referring a friend?
If you have already had a procedure by Jo Bregazzi and would like to refer a friend to Jo for a procedure, then as a way of saying thank you, we will be pleased to offer you £20 off your next treatment.
Please ensure you provide your details on the reverse of an appointment card and ask your friend to bring it along to their first treatment. Once your friend has had their first treatment, a credit note will be placed in your treatment notes for when you next book a new procedure. There will be no cash payment for referrals.
Friend referral credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and has no cash value and is subject to availability.
17. On the Treatment Day
To ensure client privacy and good timekeeping, please arrive no more than 5 minutes early and no more than 10 minutes late.
Children under 18 years and babies are not allowed in the treatment room under any circumstance due to insurance reasons. Please make alternative childcare arrangements before your appointment.
Jo Bregazzi is committed to providing only the highest quality treatment and therefore only the client and Jo Bregazzi will be permitted to be in the treatment room during the treatment.
